Over the last 19 plus years, I have worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a variety of settings with numerous clients/diagnosis.


I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1999, graduating from East/West collage here in Portland. I competed the Dr.Vodder Certification program for Lymphatic Drainage in 2006 and participate in recertification every two years.


In addition to specialized training in Lymphatic Drainage, I have had significant hours of  training in Craniosacral Therapy and soft tissue work.


I am currently working on a Certification in Aroma Therapy, and enjoy incorporating the use of essential oils with my work.


My interests include working   in the garden with different herbs, cooking, especially. new gluten free recipes, hiking, diving, and spending time with friends.
